WHAT IS 1-ON-1 TRAINING?
Fusion Fit 1-on-1 training is for the development of individuals with specific needs.

Fusion Fit 1-on-1 training is meant for athletic development, injury prevention/post rehab, or weight loss.
It can also be used for skills specific training such as Spartan Racing, kettlebells, sandbags, boxing/kickboxing, within a reasonable distance and that need specific training before transitioning into group or online training programs.
All training is in 10 week periods and can range from 1x a week to 3x max per week. A complimentary intake interview will set the specifics for individual needs.
