Fusion Fit Training is led by two coaches who embody different paths to the same outcome: resilient, capable humans. Together, they blend structured strength and endurance with fluid movement, mobility, and skill development. Their coaching is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone. Clients are guided through training that builds physical capacity, mental toughness, and long term sustainability. The result is a balanced system where raw grit meets refined movement, giving members the tools to perform, adapt, and grow beyond the gym.

Coach
Malachi brings a movement-first perspective to training, specializing in calisthenics, mobility, and body control. His approach emphasizes efficiency, awareness, and adaptability, helping clients develop strength that transfers into real life rather than isolated performance. Sessions under Malachi prioritize quality movement, progression, and personal ownership of growth. He operates as both coach and mentor, creating an environment where individuals are challenged, supported, and encouraged to expand what they believe they are capable of.

Coach
Known as “Knuckledragger,” John represents grit in its purest form. A truck driver by trade and obstacle racer by passion, he has built his strength and durability through relentless participation in Spartan races and other obstacle course events. His coaching style reflects that background: straightforward, demanding, and results driven. John teaches clients how to embrace discomfort, develop practical strength, and build the endurance required to handle real world challenges. Beneath the nickname is a coach who leads by example and proves that consistency and effort create exceptional capability.
